I had to get an urgent appointment and had a very good experience at Hills Dental. It was very easy to organise a last minute appointment. Dr. Poornima Srinivas gave my teeth a thorough clean and the following procedure was almost completely pain free. Dr Srinivas is a very experienced dentist and takes good care of her patients. She is very friendly and is very good at calming any nerves you may have. Overall it was a pain-free experience and I will most certainly visit this practice again. Very good experience, after not being to the dentist for sometime I felt as though I may be up for a hefty bill. I’ve been going to see this on beautiful dentist for more than 10 years, and I cannot go to anyone else. She has been very good to me. I have fibromyalgia disease, which makes the pain so much worse than it normally is I get sedated and she does her work. I come away knowing that everything’s been done correctly and she does a really good job with my teeth and takes really good care of me. I’m not the easiest of patients. I am 52. My mum drops me off. My husband picks me up due to the sedation, and I get a happy meal afterwards.Yes this is where I’m at and I don’t care I have had anxiety issues since being a small childAt the Hills Dental design we have an honest working relationship,

I can definitely recommend Hills Dental I was super scared to begin with to go and see them, as I have an extremely bad experience with another dentist. It was so bad I had not seen a dentist for approx 13 years. So I got a bad tooth ache and off I went to see Hills Dental. I can say that from start to finish they were amazing. They took the time to calm me down and answered all my questions I was so at ease with everything that i left feeling very comfortable! Thankyou to the whole team! Definitely worth more than 5 stars in my opinion.I need to do this againI can not speak highly enough of this place currently away and everyone has been absolutely brilliant 100% … I have a terrible tooth ache and on New Year’s Day Dr Sriniva (even she is on holidays with her family) still sent me a script for antibiotics and pain killers just so I can enjoy my holidayIf I could give a 10⭐️ I wouldThankyou from the bottom of my heart

I have been seeing Dr Poornima for many years now & will keep doing so. The service & treatment is excellent. I am one that is not very good at dealing with dental treatment’s, but Dr Poornima makes the experience as comfortable & relaxed as possible.I highly recommend Dr Poornima.Even from a standard X-ray check, she was able to detect I had blocked nasal passages affecting my breathing & gave me a referral to see an ENT specialist to get it seen to. My son and myself are long time patient of Dr Poornima. Her team takes good care of us and I trust and appreciate her professionalism, expertise and caring. I had a rebellious front tooth from the unsuccessful orthodontics in teenage years, and my previous dentist advised me that to fix the front tooth, a couple of my healthy teeth would need to be removed to make space for that. So I never considered it. But Dr Poornima suggested otherwise and without losing any healthy teeth and with minimum intervention, my front tooth was back to where it should be in just 8 months time. I’m happy with the result and wish I saw her earlier.

Dr Poornima has a great bedside manner. I recently got a crown done and she was great in articulating the procedure and what to expect through out the entire process. Wow wow wow.Dr. Poornima is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced! After getting bombarded with different treatments and diagnosis’s from other dentists, not knowing WHY or HOW, we were referred here by our friend for a second opinion.Her way of explaining my treatment plan was so reassuring in the way that I finally understood it (instead of all the technical jargon stuff). Her caring nature and patient-focused care was great and she really listened to my concerns without brushing it off. Also, she is very funny, which helped ease the nerves!!! Even after nearly two decades of experience, she showed so much passion and interest in my case which is why we all recommend her.Very clean environment and spacious waiting room. The receptionist was also extremely lovely and made conversation with you which is so nice.

I saw Dr Poornima yesterday for a regular dental checkup and mentioned about my troubling left wisdom tooth. She said she can do the removal in the same sitting. I had this brain fog or mental limitation that the procedure will be very painful. So I got anxious. While explaining the process, she and her assistant got me to calm down n kept me positively engaged..and in less than 20 minutes..the tooth was out…as if magic was used. From start to end, the experience was so smooth and painless. I Highly recommend her !!!

If you are looking for trust, value and sound dental advice, this is the place to go.My 4 year old had a terrible fall and another dentist that we initially visited advised us to have his tooth extracted.We decided to get multiple opinions and by stroke of luck we visited Dr Poornima. Sometimes a “do nothing” can be the best course of action and that is what Dr Poornima advised us. That ended up as the right decision eventually.We had couple of visits already including the latest one today and my son is really comfortable with the staff and the ambience. On the way back today he told me “I am not afraid of the dentist anymore”.

Somewhere in the vicinity of 15 years ago my granddaughter was suffering from a tooth ache ,I couldn’t get an appointment on the day with any of the dentists in the Thornleigh / Pennant Hills area other than with Dr Poornima who made an effort to fit her in between appointments. Treatment was excellent so I continued to take my granddaughter for all her dental check ups and any treatment recommended by Dr Poornima until my granddaughter and family moved to WA about 10 years later.Recently my wife required some expensive dental procedures and I had no hesitation to take her to seeDr Poornima even though we had long moved away from the area , an excellent result both my wife and I are extremely pleased with the result .We are now looking forward to Dr Poornima treating or should is say curing my wife’s Temporomandibular Joint SyndromeI consider Dr Poornima to be the most modern up to date dentists I have ever encountered as well as a genuine caring practitioner with a most pleasant personality

My experience dates back to when Dr Srrinavas set up as an independent practitioner. The location wasn’t quite so convenient, but her obvious expertise set her above other dentists of my experience, and I have always since been glad to be one of her patients.My first sight of her came as I prepared for my last appointment with the man whose practice she took over (though I don’t know any of the details). My initial thought was that she didn’t look old enough to be doing the job! But it didn’t take her long to establish her skills as my preferred practitioner, and I have appreciated having her and her colleagues to visit for my dental needs ever since – no more worries about what I might be in for! Amazing TeamI was diagnosed by 3 neurologists that I was suffering from Trigeminal Neuralgia and only way to cure Sensations on the right side of my face was to operate.I was having difficulty in opening my jaw at the same time.Decided to see Dr Poornima and she was amazing in diagnosis and started working on relieving the tightness in my jaw muscles that was causing my jaw pushed outward and hence the pain.On second visit I was showing signs of getting at least 90% relief from sharp pain on my face.In a month I was completely cured.She is a great listener and a very good adviser.Very Friendly and professional.Never went to any other dentist from that day onwards.
